	1990:	On the 15th of May, 1990 A preparatory office of CHILO Industrial Co., Ltd. was in charge of founding a company. The capital we registered was twenty million dollars. And with our own effort, we design and develop a variety of modes and peripheral manufacturing equipment.
	1991:	On the 1st of April, 1991, CHILO Industrial Co. Ltd. started running. The area of old factory in Fong-Yuan was about five hundred pings, and the number of workers was ten. At first, we manufactured reactive industrial motors, and the amount we gained from our business was six hundred thousand dollars.
	1996:	For the need of business, we bought another three high speed lathes, and we manufactured six thousand tons of iron core of motors made of silicon steel sheet, and we gained profit up to one hundred and fifty million dollars.
	1997:	Shanghai CHILO Lamination Company was founded for the purpose of business promotion and service. And in Taiwan, the headquarter decided to buy a piece of land to build a new factory and has been running. The whole area is one thousand and five hundred pings, and moreover, we bought another high speed lathe.And the capital was added to sixty million dollars, and the yearly gains were two hundred million dollars.
	1999:	The number of workers was thirty-five. The quantity of production about iron core of motors made of silicon steel sheet was up to nine thousand tons, and the capital was added up to one hundred million dollars, and the gain of business was two hundred million dollars.
	2000:	On the year of 2000 We manufactured ten thousand tons of iron core of motors made of silicon steel sheet, and the gain was two hundred and twenty million dollars.
	2000:	In March, 2000 We got involved in ISO-9002 system.
	2000:	In August, 2000 We were confirmed and approved by SGS, and then we were approved of "UKAS"ISO-9002 certificate.
	2000:	In November, 2000 We adopted target management and manpower management, and the effort has been continued until today.
	2001:	From March till June, 2001 We pushed C.I.S. (company identity system)
	2001:	In 2001 The yearly income is expected to two hundred and fifty million N.T. dollars, and the capital is expected to sixty million dollars.
	2003:	In November, 2003 We were confirmed and approved by SGS, and then we were approved of "UKAS"ISO-9001:2000 certificate.
	2005:	In 2005, New Press Line (FAIR OAKS, 360 tons press capacity ) were installed andthe maximum Production is 16800 Ton per year.
	2006:	In 2006, Additional New press Line (FAIR OAKS, 200 tons press capacity ) were installed and the capital was added up to ninety six million dollars.
	2007:	In 2007,The capital was added up to one hundred fifty million dollars.
	2008:	In 2008, New 60 ton of press Line were installed.

They include Tong-Yuan Tech-the first factory at Chung-Li and the factory at Tamsui and in Thailand and in Malaysia., in addition, our customers include EBARA, FUJI TECH-factory in Nagano and the factory in Da-Lien. Moreover, we have been cooperating with the Institute of Industry and Technology to develop high efficiency products.
